Rheumathoid Arthritis by Fred Fu, Canada
Healing cut fingers by Wan CW, Malaysia
Case No. 1:
A construction worker left hand's forefinger (end segment) was cut by an industrial saw, just missing the finger bone. At the work site the worker bled a lot, was in extreme pain and was sent to a clinic for stitching. Pain killers were administered.
Every night the worker suffered sharp pains and of course could not use or move the affected finger.
I used long sweeping strokes from the shoulder to the finger tips and then unblocked the affected area, then energized it. After that, I also attended to the head using WMQ migraine treatment protocol.
To complete the whole treatment, I did balancing for his body.
This process was duplicated over 6 treatments over 3 weeks.
The result: The worker need not rely on painkillers, he felt no further pain, he could move his finger - but due to the depth of the cut, he could not straighten the finger, it is slightly bent. He was delighted with the result.
Case No. 2
The male patient was helping his girlfriend to fill her car's tyre pressure when he was attacked at a petrol station (at about 11 pm) by a parang (long blade) wielding met rempit (Malaysia's infamous motorcycle gangs). The first slash was to the back of his head, and the patient got up to run and tripped. As he fell the thug snatched his waist pouch and slashed him again. This time the patient used his right hand to ward of the blow and his little finger was cut!
I checked his head and it was just a surface wound - no stitches required! Just a plaster was applied by the hospital. As for his little finger - it did not get severed but required 8 sticthes. The patient was in deep pain at the finger area and couldn't flex the affected finger.
Again long sweeping strokes were applied from the shoulder to the finger, followed with unblocking and energizing. Next, I did the body balancing.
The result: After 4 treatments, once a week, the patient could use his right hand with the little finger almost normalizing it's function.
What I learnt from Sifu is that, the body balancing part is quite vital to help one to restore and to recharge the body's energy, no matter what the issue was.
Many thanks to Sifu for his kind coaching and guidance to enable us to help others overcome discomfort and regain normal use of their body parts. It is heartening to see people happy and contented with WMQ healings!
Frozen Shoulder by Wan CW, Malaysia
Sometimes we amaze ourselves with the wonderful effect of WMQ on our patients - and we try to keep in control our surprised expressions so that the patient does not get unduly alarmed! Somehow, inside you,the sense of fulfillment and joy exudes and forms a glow all over you on the outside! This is my simplistic way of sharing my personal experience of a good feeling when the patient's problem is resolved.
I met Mr. Shanmugam, aged 54, who was visiting the handicapped children's home in PJ where a team of WMQ practitioners guided by Sifu & Simo, were giving voluntary treatment to the residents there. We do this every Monday, from 6pm to 8pm as part of our public service.
Mr. Shanmugam had this "locked" (Frozen) shoulder syndrome-where his right hand cannot raise higher than his head. If he forced his way, he will be in acute pain.
I started with using the sword fingers to unblock his right shoulder - starting with the back shoulder and then the front. The unblocking then went onto the whole right arm. Next, was using long gentle sweeping strokes - from the shoulders down to his finger tips. I then cupped his shoulder to energize it and did the same at his elbow. For the rest of his right arm, a non-touch WMQ energizing method was utilized - from shoulder to finger tips. To top up the whole treatment I did a WMQ body balancing for Mr. Shanmugam - which I believed will be helpful as he has got several other problems, like having a bypass done in 2002 to remove 3 blockages, being a diabetic, had prostrate problem & got a tube from his stomach draining to a bag attached to his belt.
The whole treatment took about 20 minutes. After that, Mr. Shanmugam was asked to lift his hand slowly above his head. To his own surprise, he could do it swiftly and with no pain at all. The sheer pleasure on his face was clear evidence that all his other problems were nothing at all. He kept swinging his hands up and down and was totally enjoying it.
I told him to come again the following Monday for a second treatment. He did show up and the whole process was repeated. At the end of it he was just elated! He came and hugged me, with a giant grin on his face showing his sparkling white teeth, and said repeatedly "God bless you! God bless you!"
The feeling I had was what I explained at the beginning. I just told him it was my duty to help since I know the way, and how fortunate it was to have learnt from a compassionate & loving couple like Sifu Tan and Connie. Thank you Sifu & Simo, making the WMQ healing steps so simple and effective!
Alleviating Pain by Cecilia, Singapore
I like to share with all of my current challenging case:
Currently, I am treating a young lady experienced leg pain due to past accident, also very weak immune system and spine problem.
The young lady has gone to a "Chinese Ti Da" for her leg problem and the "ti da lady" said it is due to her back problem and gave her a very hard "press" on her upper and lower (L5) spine and Ba Guang treatment. Since then she has this terrible pain on her back for almost a week! Her steel inserted leg pain is caused by an accident many years ago.The sole of her feet is very cold ! To make the long story short,
I ran energise her spine and some where at the center part, this caused her to feel giddy and wanting to vomit during the treatment, today I ran a soft qi on the same spot, this time she felt headache and tooth ache. I then cleared her tooth ache (her left cheek have very strong single pin ball energy feeling when I cleared her sudden tooth ache). Most of her spine are protruded and from the center part toward the end are curve to the left. I will give my best to her as she is very fragile...suffer from pain everywhere.
I have applied WMQ U.S.E. protocol and ran energy on her head n neck, spine and hip and the legs on the first treatment, called Sifu and was advises to ran soft qi on the next treatment and have told her to high light her back pain to her "Ti Da lady"
This is a multi-task case, must take time to adjust...

Rheumathoid Arthritis by Foo BM
I started treating a lady friend of mine since beginning of September, treating her about twice a week for 15 to 20 minutes each time using WMQ. Her case is pretty acute and she is on to some prescribed drugs that can damage her liver, pancreas, and kidneys. Sometimes she was also injected with pain killer drug.
After a month she told me that she is on half dosage and this week she told me she is off all drugs already. She just mentioned that she felt so much better, but I can still see her slightly contorted and swollen hand and feet.
I have told her to continue taking the drugs as prescribed and consult her doctor.
The WMQ protocol I used was unblocking and sweeping of her body , arms and legs before I do anything. Then did the inner orbit followed by energising her pelvic bones, tail bone, hui yin, lower tan tien, middle tan tien, kidneys, liver, pancreas, spleen, lungs. Then inner orbit again before ending. Taught her to do the arm swing exercise, and to do about a thousand time a day that takes bout 20 minutes, but to do it gently without hurting or straining herself.

Blinking Eyes, Teary and Itchy Eyes by Mow AL, Malaysia
Her elder sister have blinking eyes but not as rapid as his. But on top of this, she had teary and itchy eyes came night time for the last 5 years. She also could not see the writing clearly in the classroom if she were to sit behind the classroom.
What came immediately to my mind on that day was to think of a way to break the habit of blinking eye muscles by prescribing both of them some simple Qigong eye exercises before trying out other methods later. So I taught them the followings:
1. Counting leaves , a hundred leaves and increase it to 500 gradually ,
2. Look extremely far immediately switch to extremely near for a dozen or so times,
3. Rotate eyes clockwise and anti-clockwise for up to about a dozen times if they felt no headache or dizziness,
4. Angry eye: open eyes widely and close eyes tightly
All the above should be done twice or more times a day.
For the sister's teary and itchy eyes, she was taught additionally to rub her palms till hot and cup her eyes and if she preferred cupping and rotating her palms clock-wise and anti-clockwise the same number of times.
The results are amazing. Both brother and sister have stop blinking their eyes after two weeks. As for her sister, her teary and itchy eyes were solved completely after about a month of practice.
She also said that she could see better now at the whiteboard in the classroom.
A thousand thanks go to Sifu Tan Soo Kong and Simu Connie for introducing me not only Qigong but Medical Qigong in not only heal your ownself but also help out others.
Best Qi Regards

Bed wetting by Foo BM, Malaysia
For the purpose of sharing.
It was from the Taman Megah Children Homes that I learn to treat a bed wetting boy of 12 years old. The caretaker was complaining about him.
I did seek that the advice of fellow volunteers and I was not the only one giving treatment to the boy.
We unblock the body and then S and E a few crucial areas: Kidneys, Hui Yin, Bladder, Lower Tan Tien, Inner Orbit and also taught the boy to do stand up and squatting exercises.
He stopped bed wetting after 4 treatments.
I know of another volunteer helping to "heal" acute eyes blinking problem and I hope he will also share what he did so as to 'cure' the problem after 3 treatments. He single handedly help 2 residents of the Home with this problem.
Thank you.

I just want to hear fellow Wellness Medical Qigong members opinion on this matter via our members website, please.
The 2nd matter, I hope fellow members can assist is whether the treatment can be enhanced;
Did unblocking and sweeping of her body , arms and legs before I do anything. Then did the inner orbit followed by energising her pelvic bones, tail bone, hui yin, lower tan tien, middle tan tien, kidneys, liver, pancreas, spleen, lungs. Then inner orbit again before ending. Thank you for your impending feedback and comments.

Liver Cancer by Cecilia
Would like to take this opportunity to thanks Connie and Jennie for treating my husband and also Sifu advise.
Many months ago, my husband was diagnosed with liver cancer, and doctors advised him to go through the standard treatment for cancer patient but mine advised was NO (personal preference) I actually told him to embraced this illness and never focus attention that he is ill. For months he has been taking Chinese herbs and doing Wellness Medical Qigong (WMQ) healing sounds exercises and breathing tactics.
Just few days ago, his result was just amazing! His liver is back to normal and doctors was curious and ask him what he has been doing, and he told them WMQ healing sounds and Chinese herbs. Now the doctors asking him about WMQ healing sounds and I have pass the introduction of WMQ essential qiqong DVD to my husband for the doctor.
Hee.... don't guess, I have not done any healing for him, it is his own determination to get well and willing to do regular WMQ exercises.
Once again, many thanks and WMQ Qiqong, it is so simple and yet VERY POWERFUL !!
Best regards.

Leigh's Disease by Steven Lim
I have a case to share. This girl is 8 years old and suffering from "Leigh's Disease" (Mitochondrial disorder) since 6 months old.
She looks normal but is very quite, refuse to move and respond to nothing. Unable to talk and walk. Investigation done by Associate Professor from University of Malaya show a small atrial septal defect. Neurological examination showed head lag, generalised hypotonia and hyperreflexia. Fundoscopy was unsuccessful.
What I did was the normal Wellness Medical Qigong treatment procedure and concentrated on the head. The second day the parents called up and informed me that the girl could raised her hands to take things and can also crawl. The second treatment that was last night, I did not believe my eyes when I saw her. She is now active and when I purged and swept her head, her hands came to snatch my glasses. After purging and sweeping I send in soft Qi into her head area.
Sifu and all my beloved brothers and sisters. I am very happy with the progress of the girl. Her parents shedding tears when they talk to me. They have in fact given up hope for any recovery, even the specialist told them not to have any hope. Look at what Qi can do when others have given up. My little advise is that you must have self confidence first then apply whatever we have learn from our Sifu. Believe me it work wonders. I don''t actually know the length of time when I send in Qi. I stop sending in Qi when I feel that it is time to stop. I will update the progress.
Please remember Qi can do wonders so let us continue our Sifu's good work.
Thanks

Acute arthritis and inflammation cured with WMQ by Tashi, Switzerland
As most of you know, I have settled back in Switzerland and started to treat people with Wellness Medical Qigong (WMQ). The most serious case I had so far was this week: 80 year old woman, two artificial knees, had a acute arthritis attack, left knee swollen, high fever, a lot of pains in both knees and not able to get up by herself from the bed, if we helped her up, she was not able to walk without help.
The doctor prescribed antiflammatory painkillers and diagnosed it as rheumatic or arthritic attack. after treating her the first time using WMQ's USE protocol, she fell asleep after 5 minutes and slept thru the whole night without any pain. now after 4 days of daily treatment, the swelling and inflammation has completely gone and the sweet lady is able to get up and walk again all by herself. she is amazed about the sensations of warmth, tickling, moving and the feeling of well being during the treatment and how fast she recovered from the pain. I just wanted to share this experience as it encourages me to continue to discover the amazing power of WMQ and I hope it encourages you too!

ALLERGIC RHINITS PROBLEM SOLVED! by Daniel WW Cheong
Anyway, was on medication like pruriton, clarinase, clarityne, atarax, zyrtec to alleviate the problem but to no avail as the symptoms still persist. Went to a ENT specialist, and he told me that my nose need to go for correction surgery as from the X-ray, I had a deviated septum with large swollen turbinates at both sides of the nose.
Administer another course of antibiotic from Eli Llly's (pink color type, but i forgot tha name) and beconase- a kind of cortisteriod spray to reduce the swelling of the nose. That was with Dr Kand in Jlln Raja Laut.
Initially, I was hesitating coz never had a surgery in my life and it gives me the creep! A second opinion was obtained from another doctor from Tong Shin Hospital and he concluded that I need to straighten my deviated septum and to do a SMR or sub-mucuos resection to address the problem. No choice and finally relented to the operation.
Operation was successful and for the first time in my life I could breathe better and free from allergies. But after 3 years, the problem came back though not as severe as before but I do experience occasion allergic attack. Have to be put back on Rhinocort and Nasonex subsequently to control but the problem is I have post nasal drip daily without fail since 2002.
Did try to do nasal irrigation wash with a netipot. Helps a little but cannot go away. Not until I took up Wellness Medical Qigong Essentials course, I did not realized that my allergy and post nasal drip has gone. I was talking to Sifu Tan this morning, then only realize that my allergy has disappeared for good. I'm writing this to share with you that WMQ Qigong has indeed help to control not only my hypertension but also my allergy.
Thanks for reading this long posting!

WMQ normalizes my BP! by Wan CW
To my surprise and the Dr. too - it was normal at 130/80! I was so HAPPY!
Imagine how elated I was! It was the same Dr. who, 2 months ago found my BP to be at 180/90!
I consulted Sifu and told him that I do not wish to take drugs to control my BP.
He suggested that I do more waving palms on its own in addition to the Wellness Qigong set of exercises.
My friends, let me share with you my daily routine.
I do 30 mins of bicycling in a park first thing in the morning. The park has a good number of matured trees and offers good fresh and breezy air and shade too.
At the end of the cycling I do 100 rounds of the waving palms which is about 7 mins, then followed by Han Yang.
Then at about 5pm at my office, I do the 3 full sets of exercise - starting with Wellness Qigong,
Healing Sounds and Han Yang.
At the Wellness Qigong I do the waving palms immediately after the Penguin Stretch - I do 100 times, then followed by the Swinging Arms that I do 100 times also but with the soft chui as the hands go down. ( i intentionally do the switch of order with swinging hands & waving palms)
When I first embarked on WMQ I was very certain that it would offer me a unique solution to my health challenges. Now that my BP is normal is indeed a great indication of WMQ;s mettle. I am really glad that I completed the practitioner's course and am very grateful to Sifu for his guidance and encouragement. Occasionally Sifu does a Qi balancing for me.
However, having arrived at this stage is only the beginning and one should not be complacent. Me and my wife do all the 3 sets of exercises once (Wellness Qigong, Healing Sounds & Han Yang) everyday without fail.
And for those who have just come on board, never doubt the power of the healing Qi of WMQ! Keep practising it persistently and you will get corresponding good results.
My thanks again goes to Sifu for his kind guidance.

Personal Detox Experience by Wan Chee Wing
I began to 'break wind', 'passing of gas', 'release of gas' - which are all very polite terms. If you still don't get it, I mean 'farting'! Yes, I got into uncontrollable bouts of farting at different times of the day.
Initially I thought it was some food that I took. But this went on for a few days in continuous succession! Then I called Sifu and asked if this condition was normal. He assured me that it was a detox phase, and different people experience different types of detoxification.
At times it could be amusing and at other it appears totally rude of me - to break wind in the middle of a meal, at a meeting, at a discussion or even going to bed!
There was no foul smell (thank goodness for it) but the emitting of the muffled fire cracker sound was really quite annoying and irritating, even for me!
After a while, I got pretty good at handling it. When the initial 'break' occurs, I will stop everything that I am doing and dart out to any open space or another room to just let the full barrage have its discharge!
The reason that I am sharing this is that after I had a private conversation of this experience with one of our fellow practitioners, she suggested that it would be good public information (at my expense, ha! ha!). So, for the beginners, if you experience what I have gone through, have no fear - it may be a short 'passing' trend for you.
As for me - I endured that 'ordeal' for 3 months-but quite happily though, having understood from Sifu that it is a natural process of detox. After all, why retain useless stuff inside your body.
May the Qi be with all of you always - no matter where it goes or comes out!

Qigong help in healing Psoriasis by Daniel WW Cheong
From Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) point of view, some sinseh (TCM doctor) said it was because liver is too toxic but others claimed that that there is lack of Yang in the kidney. Anyway, I spent almost RM8,000.00 for Chinese medicine hoping to eradicate it. It flare up initially until almost my whole back was covered with psoriasis. Eventually, the psoriasis retreat but until a level it just refuse to go off.
Stop the Chinese medication last October and initiated alternative therapies like Colon cleansing and coffee enema which help to reduce toxin in my body and controlled the psoriasis but it just did not go off.
Stop alternative treatment and started my Qigong training in March. Qigong help to controlled the psoriasis. Attended the Self Healing class in April and learn healing sound and color meditation. Practice them and in corporate them into my daily qigong practice and to my surprise, my psoriasis is starting to clear off after about a week of practice. There are still some small part of reddish patch but most have been cleared off and is resuming back to normal skin texture though slightly darker color.
I'm happy because all the while my understanding on psoriasis is that it cannot be cured but can only be controlled. But I'm personally experiencing healing from psoriasis through Qigong. Hence, I sincerely believed many psoriasis sufferer should start to practice Qigong to heal themselves.
Cheers!

Treating Uneven Shoulder by Steven Lim
What I did was purge, sweep and energized the shoulder by using the tripod on both the shoulders. I could sensed that something was moving when I send in the Qi. After the third treatment I could see that the shoulder was almost on the same level with the left shoulder.
In short, using qi to treat is very effective. Keep going my dear WMQ qigong brothers and sisters.

My First Qigong Experience by Daniel WW Cheong
Perhaps, let me give you some background about me. Was introduced to Sifu by my friend Chong Chee as I was experiencing a bout of uncontrolled hypertension at about 160/110.FYI, I have been investigated by western medical doctor but nothing can be found, hence the doctor told me it was heredity and I have to live with it. Met sifu for treatment back in Oct last year and was keen to learn then but I have to finish my postgradute studies, so have to delay my learning. My hypertension medication consist of 8 mg of Coversyl, 10 mg of Novarsc (amlodipine), 0.4 mg of Physiotens and ?mg of minoxidil which was prescribed to my by Dr Prasad a nephrologist from SJMC. Hypertension was brought down but will hover up again at the end of the everyday.
After sifu's treatment at the clinic for 2 times and continue what he taught me on the neck and visualization excercise, my pressure came down to about 150/95. Subsequently, It came down again 140/90 and I have to drop the minoxidil as I was feeling groggy and floating the whole day. I continue practicing till this January and my blood pressure went down to 140/87. I took off Physiotens from my medication as the feeling of groggyness and floating was apeearing again. It was good for me as I have my own blood pressure monitor and getting such reading makes me very happy.
I subsequently attended the two-day MY22 Qigong Essentials class and was introduced to Qigong basic and foundamentals. I learn Wellness Qigong and practice it diligently and to my surprise my blood pressure drop to 130/80! ( I could not recalled having registered 80 on the systolic reading. I must say that I'm really pleased with result as I hope I can take out another medication soon as I'm beginning to float and have groggyness again.
I'm a firm believer now that Qigong can really assist us in controlling our blood pressure naturally as opposed taking in medication.
Thank you sifu and I look forward to the next self healing course soon.
Cheers

Treating a two year old boy by Steven Lim
Three days after the first treatment, his father called me up and wanted to bring the child again. By the way they are from Johor Baru. The father told me that after the first treatment, the child could sleep well. Looks active and was able to have bowel movement two to three times a day, something that never happen before.
The second treatment, I did the same protocol and this time I also concentrated on his two legs as advised by Sifu. After that I left for a holiday in China.
When I came back on the 25th of March, I called the parents and was told that the child is now active, could move around and the greatest news is that the child could sit up now.
I drove down to Johor Baru to treated him. I could not believe my eyes when I saw that the child was active unlike when I first saw him. The parents were very pleased with the treatment and also confided to me that the specialist who treated the child since he was one was also surprised with the progress. I did the same protocol but I concentrated on his spine this time.
Overall I am extremely happy with the progress and also I have to thank our Sifu for his guidance.

Boost up blood count of colon cancer patient (from Thailand)

Emergency Qigong Treatment for Dying Patient
On the 4th. night of her stay she become disoriented especially in the night. In the morning we notice she was weaker with loss of appetite and occasionally confused but no signs of stroke. I advised the daughter to sent her to the hospital for a scan as she had a history of atypical fits and colon cancer that had been operated on 10 years ago. However she said since Sunday has no attending physician she will sent her on the following day. The next morning the patient was unable to walk. She was lucid enough to answer queries about her health and had some lunch. Her only complain was dizziness which she had for the past 3 months. Doctors were unable to diagnose it properly.
After lunch things started going downhill fast. At 1pm she started having phelm; at 1.30pm it became worse and she had breathing difficulty. Her BP drop to 70/40 which meant she was in medical emergency and in danger of dying. We called the ambulance. She was pale, clammy and struggling to breathe. We prop her up for easier breathing. However from experience I knew she was dying and will not survive before the ambulance came.
I decided to use Qigong but with caution as I remember my mother's experience when her sister died in her arms and she received an electric shock due to her sisters life force disconnecting. I made sure I did not connect to a dying persons chi. Instead I threw chi balls ( about 20) into her chest repeatedly until her pale face recovered some colours and her breathing was not so heavy. I then created an energy sphere around her and energize it so she will continue to be sustain with energy. I was able to do this because Sifu Tan taught us how to energize a room. I had created something like an oxygen tent for her except its fill with chi energy.
The patient was still alive when the ambulance came 15 minutes later. They sent her to the hospital emergency room where she died after 15 minutes emergency procedures by doctors. The chi balls and sphere I created had kept her alive until she was in the doctors hands. That I believe is a great success for Qigong.
With Blessings

Shocking Experience
Surprisingly, after a few sessions of the healing sound, the spasm were not felt anymore. It is a remarkable healing which I cannot belief it myself.
I am glad that I have found the right 'healing' techniques which I will definitely share it with my Mitta friends (A Cancer Awareness Center in Penang).
Thank you Sifu Tan for the compassion and wisdom you have for the people.

How WMQ help to reduce blood presuure
I attended a 'Lifestyle Exhibition' in 2008 and it was very fortunate for me and my wife to meet Sifu Tan and Connie who were presenting a preview for WMQ.
As some of my family members have been on drugs and medication to control some of their ailments, I was very conscious of their detrimental side effects - in the long term! I have been very wary of drugs.
I was in the corporate world for more than 30 years, and my last position as a senior marketing manager saw me experience a lifestyle that was laced with alcohol consumption, cigarette smoking and indulging in rich and sumptious meals and suppers! All these have now taken its toll on me - I have been told that my blood pressure's upper level is 180! The doctor said I am a walking time bomb. I could have a stroke or heart attack any time.
You see, I did recognize those 'unbalanced' lifestyle, that's why I quit smoking 25 years ago, became a vegetarian 10 years ago and stopped alcohol drinking 8 years ago! My doctor was quick to recommend medication and I even attended a special qigong class which had a mixture of exercise and electric qi treatment-which was to no avail.
When I signed up for WMQ, I was very confident that it will offer me some relief. But to my surprise it was even more than that! Each 3 weeks when I visited the doctor, he recorded a 10 pints drop in my blood pressure! I was very delighted with the positive response-which I can only attribute it to Sifu Tan's qigong, since there was virtually no change in my lifestyle except for the WMQ exercise that I do daily. Now, I am at 150 on the upper level. Yes, there's more to go, but I can only thank Sifu Tan's simple and effective teaching technique to bear fruit so fast.
Me and my wife were so impressed that we signed up all the way to the certified practitioner program with Sifu. We are now able to offer treatments to family members, friends and the community.
I take this opportunity to offer my sincere gratitude to Sifu Tan and Connie. And for those who still have some question marks about whether WMQ can help you or others, let me tell you to stop 'worrying' and start 'practising'.
May the Qi be with you all, always!
